Requirements

5+ years of experience in a Technical Operations or Solutions role
Proven experience with API integration and troubleshooting, including managing complex integration projects
Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing and troubleshooting queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving systemic issues
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Expert knowledge of advertising technology and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR)
Experience providing data-driven analysis on systemic issues
Familiarity with concepts, definitions, and metrics used in the context of performance marketing campaigns
