Requirements

• Strong infrastructure or SRE engineer experienced in running systems at scale
• Experience with AWS (ECS/Fargate, networking, IAM, S3) or similar hyperscale vendors
• Comfortable with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Helm charts, Docker)
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
• Strong monitoring and observability skills, preferably with Datadog experience
• Organized with a focus on reliability, automation, and safe infrastructure changes
• Interest in open source software and assisting users with self-hosted deployments
• Thrives in a small, accountable team environment
• Preferred degree in CS or quantitative field

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ClickHouse Cloud or other managed analytical databases
• Background in high-throughput event processing or observability infrastructure
• Contributions to open source infrastructure tooling
• Previous founder experience
