Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• 2 years of experience leading projects and providing technical leadership.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 3 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience in leading projects.
• Experience with Large Language Model, Generative AI, Generative AI Agent, Multimodal Machine Learning.

• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of real users, especially emerging users, by focusing on delivering what they need.
• Improve the efficiency of services by optimizing resource allocation and achieving more with fewer resources.
• Break down large, complex systems into manageable, sensibly-sized components, determining when and how to do this.
