Senior Engineering Manager - Account Management

• Believe in guiding principals and prioritizing People and Product over Process
• Use technical expertise to build an engineering culture based on HubSpot engineering principles
• Have a bias for action and can make difficult decisions to unblock teams

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead 6-7 small teams in defining product roadmap and technical strategy
• Work closely with Product and Design leaders to set direction for teams
• Partner with peers to advance software development and delivery infrastructure
• Mentor team members for growth and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Effectively communicate mission and culture to attract and recruit talent
