Intune Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Candidate must have hands-on working experience in technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
• Candidate must have worked in a global customer service environment resolving complex technical issues.
• Must have worked on sys-admin, active directory, etc.
• Technical skills:
  • Intune and SCCM
  • MDM platforms
  • Software and Patch Deployment
  • PKI Infrastructure
  • Operating System Deployment
• English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of additional language i.e. French, German, Italian and Spanish would be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Response and Resolution: Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues. Collaborate within and across teams, leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
• Readiness: Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share knowledge.
• Develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
• Product/Process Improvement: Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
