Staff Engineer - Treasury Management

Requirements

• Designing and maintaining backend systems
• Observability and owning systems in production
• Distributed systems fundamentals

What you'll be doing

• Drive initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services
• Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and data models
• Build and maintain integrations with external providers
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes
• Set technical direction for key parts of the Treasury backend
• Analyse system performance and implement improvements
• Raise engineering quality through best practices
• Support other engineers through pairing, reviews, and guidance
• Contribute hands-on in code
