Engineering Lead - Business Expense Management

Requirements

• You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience designing and building complex, scalable systems.
• You are an expert in delivering reliable and robust services in a production environment.
• You are comfortable working on a complex domain and guiding a team through technical challenges.
• You have experience working with distributed systems, and are as comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs as you are team direction.

Nice to Haves

• Ideally some hands-on experience with front end development, though not essential.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building robust distributed backend systems.
• Leading the development of new solutions and driving initiatives for new products.
• Serving as a technical expert for the Business Expense Managements domain.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership, guiding the team on architectural design, code reviews, and best practices.
• Leading and mentoring a diverse team of engineers and participating in product roadmapping and strategy sessions.
