Senior Software Engineer I - Screening Handling

Requirements

• A strong product mindset, prioritizing work with customers and operational teams in mind
• Great communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience
• 7+ years of Java knowledge, experience with Spring framework, Kafka, and microservice best practices
• Experience with relational databases, query optimization, and designing schemas
• Enjoy writing testable code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of system integration patterns
• Belief in best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback
