Requirements

• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with customers in mind
• Great communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems
• Ability to break down complex projects into incremental milestones for customer value

• Experience with common design and architectural patterns

• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and experience with messaging systems like Kafka

• Advocate best coding practices, continuous delivery, and code reviews
