Sr Tech Lead Manager - Applied Research

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or related field
• Solid understanding of machine learning and NLP algorithms, LLMs, and neural model architecture
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing researchers and engineers
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a team
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• 3+ years mentoring applied researchers
• Experience shipping NLP products
