Curated engineering roles from companies known for strong compensation.
No sponsored listings. No recruiter noise.
Amsterdam is one of my favourite markets to follow. Booking.com and Adyen are headquartered here, and Uber, Google, and Palantir have big teams. Almost every company works in English. If you're relocating, the 30% ruling can make a real difference for take-home pay. 101 Amsterdam roles are live.

Amsterdam is one of the most internationally accessible tech markets in Europe. English is the working language at nearly every major tech employer. Booking.com, one of Europe's largest engineering organisations, is headquartered here alongside Adyen, which processes payments for companies including Meta and Uber. Uber operates regional engineering from the city, and Google has a significant presence. Senior software engineers in Amsterdam typically earn between €80,000 and €130,000 in base salary. The Dutch 30% ruling allows qualifying international hires to receive 30% of their salary tax-free for up to five years, significantly improving net take-home pay. The city has strong demand for backend, data, and platform engineering roles, and a growing number of scale-ups are establishing offices here.

Recently came across a neat site called NextLevelJobs.eu: which collects dev openings at "top tier" companies in the EU that offer top of the market (I'd call these Tier 2/3 in the trimodal model). It crawls these jobs at those companies and surfaces new listings.
NextLevelJobs has been really useful for me. I was able to find, and land a new gig at a really respected company through it, and I can't wait to start. Ever since I have been recommending friends in similar positions to sign up if they're looking for their next great EU job.

I love how clean and straightforward nextleveljobs.eu is. It's a breath of fresh air compared to other job boards that are cluttered and overwhelming. Focusing specifically on tech positions is a huge plus for me, and the filters are incredibly helpful. I can find the perfect job in seconds. Plus, the team behind it is always open to feedback, which shows they truly care about the user experience.
I take a look at nextleveljobs.eu every once in a while, and I like how simple and straightforward it is.
