Experience: 5+ years in applied research or development of machine learning models, data analysis, preferably in advertising or related fields.
Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages. Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. Expertise in data mining, segmentation, and SQL.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.
