Software Engineer II - Office365

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience writing code, testing, and debugging commercial software, preferably with orientation to backend systems
• Solid technical problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work as a Microsoft Software Engineer in Oslo focusing on performance, availability, reliability, and consistency
• Collaborate with local and remote partners to develop simple and elegant solutions at large scale
• Be responsible for design, implementation, testing, rollout, and running software services
• Develop clean and effective code, allowing refactoring and ensuring code base incl. tests are ready for change
• Participate in team discussions on architectural design and solutions for continuous improvement
• Ship your code to thousands of machines serving millions of users globally
