Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer
• Industry experience with Identity and Access management technologies
• Proven track record of technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and hiring
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis, and AWS technologies
