Employee Tech Internship (m/f/x)

Requirements

• A basic understanding of technical terms and troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies - Active Directory experience, including user/computer, user profiles
• A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and desire for organization
• Understanding of Conferencing Equipment
• Experience with Service Now would be an advantage, but not a requirement

What You'll Be Doing

• Floor sweeps of all AV/Collaboration equipment
• Provide additional support to multiple teams across the Employee Tech space when needed (EG: Onboarding, Collab Ops and Tech Support)
• Assist with providing 1st level support to Wayfair employees at the HelpBar in the Berlin Corporate office
• Deploy, configure, and maintain loaner equipment
• Communicate effectively via Chat, Ticketing system and in person
• Troubleshoot and support our Ethernet networks (LAN/WAN) and VPN connectivity
• Support on-premises and/or remote workers
• Process and Fulfill requests for access/equipment
