Software Engineer – Mobile Services

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java for backend service development.
• Experience with Spring Boot (or similar JVM frameworks) and REST/OpenAPI-based service integrations.
• Experience building modular internal user interfaces using React/TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD for web plugins and end-to-end testing at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka ecosystems and stream processing frameworks.
• Practical experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and familiarity with OpenTelemetry concepts.
• Experience deploying services on Kubernetes and operating distributed systems in production environments.

What you will be doing:

• Build and operate Kotlin/Java (Spring Boot) services for processing mobile telemetry.
• Design and optimize streaming data pipelines for actionable insights and alerting.
• Deliver telemetry solutions using OpenTelemetry signals to reduce time-to-diagnosis.
• Contribute to release automation capabilities and integrations for app releases.
• Integrate with feature toggle and remote configuration services for global mobile applications.
• Partner with teams to build observability tools and improve reliability practices.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with enterprise SSO/identity management integration patterns.
• Experience with Flink or Spark Streaming for stream processing.
