Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience with designing and implementing real-time distributed processing systems
• Proven expertise in architecting large-scale migrations to cloud-based environments
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and containerization
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with technology and strategy teams to build high-quality, secure systems
• Partner with global teams to develop solutions for regulatory obligations
• Manage relationships and workflows with multiple stakeholders
• Analyze key performance metrics and optimize approaches
• Provide leadership to projects and enforce compliance with development processes

Nice to Haves

• Experience with near real-time transactional systems and NoSQL databases
• Experience in building secure, scalable systems in an enterprise-level organization
• Experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Technical Lead
• Conceptualizing and assessing AI/ML-based software systems
