Data Center Facilities Technician, Electrical

Requirements:

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and shifts.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.

Nice to haves:

• Experience planning and executing installation, commissioning, and equipment startup following industry best practices.
• Knowledge of meters, sensors, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of mechanical systems in data center environments.
• Fluent communication in Dutch for client relationship management.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the uptime, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage electrical system distribution.
• Develop approaches to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain data center facilities systems and equipment.
• Provide tracking and trending of operational characteristics and maintenance insights.
