Qualifications

• Years of experience in customer-facing roles and with customer success teams
• Track record in planning, deploying, and optimizing M365 solutions
• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support, IT consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer-focused skills
• Fluency in both French and English
• Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, Copilot, and more
