Cloud Solution Architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Solid years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Teams Phone / PSTN connectivity models
• Experience with Conditional Access and identity security scenarios
• Knowledge of Zero Trust identity principles
• Knowledge of Governance and compliance in Microsoft 365
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-700, MS-102, SC-300, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to mentor peers and contribute to technical communities

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on Microsoft Teams and Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
• Design and implement modern collaboration and identity architectures
• Lead Teams adoption and modernization initiatives
• Support identity modernization scenarios
• Provide guidance on identity security and governance
• Drive technical delivery excellence
• Create, reuse, and improve standardized delivery assets
• Collaborate with field CSAs, partners, and factory delivery teams
• Act as a Teams & Identity SME within the Global Delivery community
