UI Engineer L4

Requirements

• Front End Dev & Tooling: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, and related technologies
• Design System / Component Library Experience: Experience building and maintaining UI component libraries, component architecture, APIs & composition patterns
• Communication & Influence: Ability to impact culture; being an advocate for reducing developer overhead and inspiring others

What You'll Be Doing

• Development: Build and maintain a scalable Design System, contribute to foundational scripts and CI workflows
• Cross Functional Execution: Translate Figma designs into robust, reusable UI components
• Evangelism: Drive adoption and quality of the Design System by supporting engineering teams and improving documentation
• Innovation: Follow industry trends, seek opportunities to evolve the Design System tooling functionality
• Leverage genAI to boost Design System’s adoption and developer experience
