Staff Full Stack Engineer (Java, React)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, or equivalent leadership level.
• Practical experience with backend (Java) and frontend web development (JS/TS and React).
• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes, software architecture, and systems optimization.
• Experience architecting cloud-native applications on AWS.

• Drive end-to-end feature development with a focus on user experience, ensuring quality through testing.
