Staff Software Engineer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and building large-scale backend engineering projects
• Curiosity, grit, critical mindset, and sense of responsibility
• Ownership and leadership of cross-team initiatives
• Understanding of fault-tolerant systems and cloud architectures
• Experience with database architectures and programming languages like Java or Go

Preferred Qualifications

• Developing senior engineers into staff level engineers
• Designing and building APIs for mobile and web applications
• Knowledge of payment compliance frameworks
