Senior Software Development Engineer - Adobe Experience Platform

Requirements:

• Software development experience architecting and running SaaS, REST API and micro-services
• Proficiency in a JVM language (Java, Scala, etc.)
• Database programming knowledge including NoSQL (CosmosDB, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Experience in working with infrastructure: cloud providers (AWS/Azure), containers (Docker), orchestrator (Kubernetes), CICD pipelines, Jenkins, monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk)
• Prior experience with DevOps is a plus
• Excellent understanding of OOP, functional programming, software life-cycle and methodologies, source control tools
• Affinity for big-data and real-time processing technologies at scale
• Strong algorithmic and logical skills

What you'll be doing:

• Design and implement robust web service APIs within our data retrieval platform that are used by a variety of client applications
• Gather technical requirements, define, implement, and deliver new features using our development technologies that will delight and inspire marketers, our main persona in the Digital Experience world
• Sustain and evolve our current business through powerful monitoring and share insights with our business team to continue growing our product
• Come with recommendations for new technologies to enhance our product stability to scale it 10x and continuously wish to gather new insights from our customers usage
• Work in a team where sharing your takeaways, work experiences are part of our culture, where discussions between colleagues can vary from the technical things you’ve learned lately and what are the new things you wish to add on your to do list to the latest exciting news from the papers technical and not only
• Perform on-call activities, on rotation with the rest of the team
