BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, including experience working with enterprise customers.
Strong experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solution engineering, technical account management, and consulting.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams across regions and functions.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing or customer experience domains.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across geographies and levels.
Proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus.
Customer Engagement: Support enterprise customer engagements in EMEA, including participating in solution pitches, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and post-sales implementations.
AI/ML Enablement: Champion the rollout of AEP AI Agents to EMEA customers. Offer mentorship on how these capabilities can accelerate customer success.
Collaborate with Adobe engineering and GTM teams in EMEA, Bucharest, and the US for roadmap alignment and feature adoption.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of Solution Architects, Engineering Managers, and Senior Technical Leads. Foster a culture of innovation, customer empathy, and delivery excellence.
Technical Strategy: Stay up-to-date with the evolving AI landscape and ensure engineering strategies align with customer needs and Adobe's product direction.
