Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field. PhD is a big plus.
7+ years of experience in the ML field with consistent and state-of-the-art results
Strong skills and development experience with Python, Typescript or C++
Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques, with practical experience in developing and deploying ML models

Nice to Haves

Experience working with OpenAI APIs and other model APIs (e.g., Hugging Face, Cohere) is a plus
Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow or Jax) is a plus
Knowing the balance between "getting it done" and building a sustainable product
Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
