Service Reliability Engineer

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
• Production-level expertise with Docker and Kubernetes
• Fundamental programming skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to Haves

• Experience in building and scaling distributed systems
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience configuring services to communicate with multiple endpoints

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and implement solutions to increase reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response for high uptime and QoS
• Collaborate with teams to address reliability issues
• Lead incident response efforts and post-mortem analyses
• Develop and maintain automated deployment and configuration solutions
• Forecast capacity needs and ensure scalability
• Automate common tasks at scale and improve service resiliency
