Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test, Community Feedback

Requirements

• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• 3+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
• Knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering role
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in manual testing

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment
• Experience in transforming manual testing to automated testing
• Experience with web, mobile and API testing

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the design, implementation and delivery of test solutions using new or existing frameworks and technologies
• Onboard existing and new services to adopt the latest test automation frameworks
• Define Quality Assurance (QA) processes and strategies across multiple teams
• Lead and influence a culture of quality across multiple teams
• Define key metrics for measuring and reporting on the quality of software products
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
• Hold user acceptance testing events
• Collaborate on evolving testing frameworks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and testing
