Software Development Engineer, Global Engineering Services

Requirements

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Must have experience with React (Front-End), Node JS and AWS CDK

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence

What You'll Be Doing

• Building & supporting complex software tools and data solutions with automations using AWS tech stacks
• Designing and developing software solutions/tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of various teams
• Working on tools and infrastructure challenges involving software, big data, and large scale back-end cloud services
• Managing complex software products, understanding business use cases, and translating them into technical requirements
