Requirements

• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
• Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
• Experience leading a group of software engineers in building complex software systems
• Proven track record of software delivery through all phases of development
• Demonstrable knowledge of professional software engineering best practices
• Experience in communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management

• Experience in engineering team management

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver software projects
• Write the team's three year vision, product roadmaps, and work backwards artefacts
• Ensure operational excellence in the team
• Contribute as part of the Sye leadership group
• Manage career development of engineers, performance, promotions, and best practices
• Work with talented engineers to solve complex problems for Prime Video Customers
