Embedded Software Development Engineer - Ring

Requirements

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the tech lead in the team and advisor to your manager and senior management
• Participate in both goals execution and in yearly and multi-year planning exercises
• Impact software architecture, dependencies, performance, and business value
• Solve complex software problems with extensible and scalable solutions
• Drive strategic work on new sensors and algorithms evaluation and specific tools development
• Investigate, prototype, and deliver high-quality software in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment
