Principal Camera Systems Engineer, Camera and Imaging

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field with extensive experience in camera technologies and related electronics industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-functional teams through complex R&D projects from concept to mass production
• Exceptional strategic vision and execution
• Proven track record of translating strategic insights into actionable plans
• Communication and leadership skills

Nice to Haves

• Specifying camera system requirements based on product requirements
• Leadership in root-cause analysis and implementation of systemic corrective actions
• Mastering electronic circuit and system design, including power and signal integrity optimization
• Expert-level understanding of geometric optics and image quality evaluation techniques

What You'll Be Doing

• Spearhead the definition and execution of strategic studies for next-generation camera optics, sensors, actuators, image processing, and more
• Provide high-level technical leadership across multiple cross-functional teams
• Guide the evaluation and debugging of camera hardware at module and product levels
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
