Requirements

Experience in Broadcast Technical Operations and Engineering Management
In-depth knowledge of remote production environments
Knowledge of video, audio, communications, networking, camera systems, transmission, and replay systems
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in live television production environments
Experience educating non-technical stakeholders and working across multiple teams and regions

Preferred Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Media Production, Computer Science (or equivalent experience in Broadcast Engineering with Management responsibilities)
Experience working on or with large-scale, network-level productions
Experience with industry-standard production equipment such as audio consoles, graphics systems, replay systems, production switchers, and intercom systems
Working knowledge of large-scale media networks
Ability to problem-solve and multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate and document technical processes
Project management experience

Manage technical vendor relationships for Prime Video Live Sports properties
Design and implement technical workflows in partnership with service providers and league partners
Edit and craft technical language for RFPs, RFIs, and work agreement contracts
Research, design, and implement cloud production workflows
Oversee and support networking and communications requirements
Work in collaboration with Production Operations group to manage event-related technical budget components
