Requirements

• Python software development knowledge;
• Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks;
• Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritize and align on roadmap;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Driven, self-starter able to thrive in a flexible environment.

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of data and analytics and reporting technologies such as Tableau and SQL
• Technical program management experience and knowledge of AI or ML systems and technologies is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and engineer bug triaging system, leveraging existing systems and incorporating new technologies such as LLM-driven decisioning.
• Define key metrics with stakeholders and assemble Tableau reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to create functional and technical requirements, managing program requirements through delivery.
• Collaborate and network with Music ML Engineering, Program Managers, Product, Client Engineering, QA, and other Apple teams to garner adoption of systems and ensure reporting meets teams' needs.
• Help establish processes to improve how our products are built and executed.
