Requirements

PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience applying AI and optimisation techniques to solve complex industry problems.
Expertise in optimisation methods such as constraint programming, linear programming, mixed-integer programming, heuristics, and meta-heuristics.
Proficiency with solver libraries, and related (e.g., CP solvers, Gurobi, CPLEX, or custom solvers).
Proven experience leading optimisation projects from conception to deployment.
Strong mentoring skills, fostering team proficiency in optimisation methodologies.
Ability to navigate complex environments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering efficiency-driven solutions.

Nice to Haves

Experience with optimisation in supply chain, logistics, including transportation, inventory, and network design.
Familiarity with simulation techniques and integrating optimisation with machine learning models.
A passion for research, innovation, and optimizing real-world systems for business impact.
Ability to build collaborative relationships and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.

Leading the design and deployment of AI-driven optimisation solutions for supply chain decision-making.
