Experienced as a technical lead in Computer Vision algorithm development, ideally within a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.
Extensive hands-on experience in programming with C++ and Python/Matlab.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and effectively collaborate within a cross-functional team.
M.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Computer Vision and Multi-view Geometry.

Deep understanding of algorithm design, development, and validation methodologies.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Computer Vision Algorithm Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and cross-functional partners, effectively communicating technical concepts and progress updates.
Develop and execute comprehensive algorithm validation strategies and experiments, clearly communicating results and recommendations to a diverse audience.
Contribute to hardware calibration improvements by conducting trade-off analyses and sensitivity studies between hardware and algorithms.
Lead the design, development, and optimization of robust processing libraries that will be deployed across multiple projects.
Drive innovation and explore new computer vision techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our calibration and validation systems.
