Description

• Configure, tune, and fix multi-tiered systems for optimal application performance
• Manage jobs and applications on bare-metal and cloud platforms
• Work with exabytes of data to enable features in Apple's products
• Design systems impacting millions of users

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with hiring and leading engineers
• Demonstrable success leading engineering teams, preferably SRE or Production Engineering
• Experience with large scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding and experience in Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and high-level projects

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with relevant experience
• Years of professional experience in an engineering leadership position
