• Annotate data (audio and visual)
• Evaluate data from customers in grading program
• Use language and cultural knowledge to evaluate responses
• Think creatively to improve user experience
• Be an expert in understanding and improving customer experience
• Work Monday to Friday, flexible hours based on business needs
