Hands-on experience in wireless embedded system testing, particularly in 4G and 5G
Experience in defining, developing, and validating cellular modem system test cases for mobile devices using popular test development platforms
Excellent Knowledge & Experience in Automation and Scripting skills using Python
Experience with aspects of ML-based functionalities of cellular systems

Good understanding of 3GPP specifications (LTE & NR Air Interface, PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP and NAS layer)
Broad spectrum of knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end wireless system architecture from wireless physical layer all the way to application layer
Consistent track record to independently lead a complete area of technology and drive product quality working with multi-functional teams
Attention to the smallest details that are significant to customers
Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
What You'll Be Doing
Be hands-on, relying on diagnostics, analytics, lab/field experimentation, as well as code/architecture reviews to ensure the system functions as expected and to identify opportunities for improvement
Work cross-functionally with platform architecture, standardization, firmware/protocol development, system test, and carrier engineering teams to drive improvement proposals and baseband optimizations
Define, develop, automate, and deploy new test scenarios to exercise different platform areas of 4G/5G cellular and satellite modems
Execute tests, analyze results and failures, and identify issues and optimizations to enhance user experience
