Apple’s Core Services Network Operations Network Engineer

Requirements

• Working experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, IS-IS, and layer 2 technologies
• Good understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies
• Knowledge of MPLS technologies, RSVP-TE, etc
• Experience with Juniper, Nokia, Arista, or Cisco routers
• Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partner teams
• Some proficiency with Linux preferred
• Flexibility to work in a day-time shift pattern

Nice to Haves

• B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience
• Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent experience

• Work on resolving incidents, maintaining and upgrading networks, and contributing to technical documentation
