Machine Learning Research Intern, Camera Software

Requirements

• Experience researching, developing, and implementing advanced image processing algorithms and statistical models
• Deep understanding of image processing techniques and optimization algorithms
• Excellent coding skills, preferably in Python and MATLAB
• Post-graduate student in computer science, applied mathematics, physics, machine learning or a related subject

Nice to Haves

• Good quality analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C++ or Objective C

What You'll Be Doing

• Leverage your research background and knowledge of signal and image processing and statistical analysis methods to design, develop, and improve Apple imaging technologies
• Collaborate with a dedicated mentor to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with the team’s projects
• Meet and present your work to the leadership in the organization at the end of your internship
