Internship Computer Vision & Machine Learning Research

Requirements

• Working towards a doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, data science, applied mathematics, or equivalent
• 6 months dedication with a start no later than March 2026
• Solid software engineering skills in complex, multi-language systems
• Fluency in Python
• Experience with PyTorch
• Proven research expertise in machine learning and/or computer vision
• Publication record in relevant conferences (e.g., CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPS, SIGGRAPH, etc)

Nice to Haves

• Ability to formulate a research problem, design, experiment, implement and communicate solutions
• Ability to work in a diverse collaborative environment
• Strong mathematical skills in linear algebra, probability, optimization, and statistics
• Action oriented
• Strong overall software development approach. You deliver clean, well-tested code
• Research experience in 3D reconstruction, neural rendering, view synthesis, image & video synthesis

• Continuing to sharpen research skills in machine learning, computer vision, and related areas
• Identifying research opportunities, reviewing literature, crafting novel approaches, implementing prototypes, planning and running experiments
• Collaborating with world-class researchers
• Working towards publishing new findings
