Wireless Systems Performance Engineer

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience in wireless cellular system log analysis, protocol debugging, or cellular software development
• Strong understanding of cellular communication systems and 3GPP standards (4G/5G) and LTE and 5G protocol stack
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented, results-driven mindset and able to thrive in fast-moving environments
• Highly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Significant experience in system engineering or system performance analysis
• Strong working knowledge of 3GPP standards (5G/LTE), TCP/IP, and IMS
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python (preferred) or Perl
• Experience with software development or system design is a plus
• Strong debugging abilities and familiarity with analytics-driven performance evaluation
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Curious, innovative, and passionate about solving real-world problems in new and meaningful ways
