Requirements

• Experience in a people management capacity supervising 15+ frontline employees
• Knowledge of data reporting and excellent analytical skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing daily leadership and promoting development of 15-20 Analyst team members
• Identifying, promoting, and implementing innovative ideas to meet performance goals
• Overseeing performance management and operational metrics
• Executing management tasks such as leading staff meetings and conducting one-on-one's
• Driving operational improvements and recommending innovative solutions
• Establishing relationships and effective communication with internal partners
