Engineering Program Manager, AI

Requirements

• Experience in program or product management, preferably in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in regulated industries or adhering to compliance frameworks and knowledge of global AI policies, regulations, and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
• Ability to translate abstract ethical principles into tangible technical solutions.
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and ethics.
• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills, especially in AI/ML contexts.
