Senior Engineering Manager - Jira Align

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and growing a high-caliber engineering team
• 8+ years experience as an individual contributor
• Experience building, scaling, and operating large scale SaaS-based products
• Experience working with Product Management and influencing the roadmap
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• A track record of execution, risk management, and delivering outcomes

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in the Microsoft tech stack/languages (.Net, C#, scripting languages, etc.) with the ability to perform code reviews & provide feedback
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
