Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software development and architecture of highly scaled applications focused on performance optimizations.
Experience in building infrastructure for performance monitoring of applications built on Windows using the Microsoft tech stack.
An expert in software performance management and having working experience of benchmarking tools like JMeter, Tricentis or Neoload etc.
Experience with hardware sizing and load-balancing to ensure high availability and performance.
Passion for tackling complex performance bottleneck challenges.
Ability to work through ambiguities and deliver systematic value increments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with network load balancing and bandwidth optimization.
Fluency in the Microsoft tech stack / languages (.Net, C#, MSSQL, etc.), DB schema, Stored procedures, Indexing etc. with the ability to review code.

Identify potential performance issues in the early stages of the development cycle and develop guidelines to address these issues.
Examine the software and IT systems to identify performance bottlenecks. Develop innovative solutions to constantly optimize systems for high performance.
Design, develop, and maintain software tools and automation scripts to streamline development and operational processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tools and automation technologies.
Automate testing, deployment, and other tasks related to software delivery.
Partner across engineering teams to provide solutions for org-wide programs.
Mentor and level up the skills of your teammates by sharing your expertise through knowledge sharing sessions.
Participate in Agile software development including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, show and tell demo sessions.
