Senior Engineering Manager for Growth - Jira Product Discovery

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers
• 1+ year of experience working on Growth initiatives and experiments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience partnering with product managers and designers to create the course of a product
• Familiarity working with public-facing high traffic e-commerce websites
• Excited to foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Inspire innovation and operational excellence
• Own the delivery of critical projects in a distributed environment
• Be the engineering voice in our quarterly planning process
