What You'll Be Doing

• Leading one of the Jira Align teams responsible for creating and evolving core user experiences
• Managing individuals in your team, coaching, mentoring, removing blocking issues, and supporting their professional development
• Extending and modernizing the existing Jira Align application in areas of quality, automation, and scalability
• Designing, building, and running solution integrations on the core Jira Align product
