Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements

• Backend engineering experience in one or more prominent languages such as Java and Go.
• 3+ years of experience operating high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable, distributed software in production.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud offerings like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong emphasis on debugging, improving code, and automating routine tasks.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and/or managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience in microservice architecture.
• Experience building web-services and clients using REST/GraphQL.

Compensation

• 192,600 - 214,000 PLN annually.
• This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
